A few simple habits keep your XRP safe.
Never share your seed or secret key
Your seed (secret key or recovery phrase) controls your wallet. Anyone who has it can take your funds. No real tool or support person needs it.
Ripple and Xaman will never DM you
Messages offering help, giveaways or "wallet verification" are scams. Ignore them.
Check the URL
Scam sites copy real ones. Look carefully at the address bar before you connect or type anything.
This site never asks for secrets
The tools here only ever need a public address (starting with "r"). If a page claiming to be this site asks for a seed, close it.
Testnet and Mainnet checkers
The balance checker works on both Testnet (test XRP) and Mainnet (real XRP). Both are read-only: they look up a public address and can never move funds. Each page only connects to its own network's servers.
