Family Vault
Savings for the young people in your family. It's theirs. You sign everything in your own wallet. This site never sees keys and stores nothing.
New here? The basics
- Testnet is a practice XRP Ledger. Its test XRP is free and worth nothing, so you can learn without risk.
- An escrow locks XRP on the ledger until a date you choose. Then it can be released to the person it's for.
- A tx hash is the receipt ID for a transaction (64 characters). Save it somewhere private, then paste it here later to check progress.
- Never share your seed or secret words. Not with us, not with anyone. Nobody legit will ever ask.
Your privacy
- We keep nothing. No account, no cookies, no saved data. This page doesn't remember you.
- Your tx hash is your bookmark. Save it yourself, then paste it here to pick up where you left off. The page reads it from the public XRPL ledger each time.
- Closing the tab, or pressing "Clear this page", wipes everything you typed.
- Escrows live on the public ledger. Anyone with the address can see them. Nobody, including us, can delete them. Only the owner can cancel or finish one from their own wallet, when its rules allow.
- We never ask for your seed or keys. If anyone does, it's a scam.
Tip: keep your tx hashes somewhere private, like a note only you control.
Family member's savings
Paste the young family member's Testnet wallet address (starts with "r"). We read the public ledger only.
Check progress with a hash
New? Your hash came from your wallet after you signed. Find it in your wallet's activity and copy the whole thing.
Paste a transaction hash (for example your EscrowCreate). The hash is the memory: nothing is saved here.
Build a saving (unsigned)
This makes an unsigned EscrowCreate for you to check and sign in your own wallet. This site cannot sign or send it.
Your saving story
Write about the journey, just for you and them. This text is never sent anywhere and isn't saved on this site. It only goes into the journey PDF or a story file you choose to download. Keep that file safe and open it again on the final milestone. (We never put it on the ledger, because ledger notes are public.)
The journey uses the family member's public Testnet history (load their savings above first), plus anything you write here. Your browser's print window opens: choose "Save as PDF".
